All of our beef cattle are born right here on our farm. We raise Limousin/Angus/Maine Anjou cross cattle. They live on pasture with their mothers for the first 4-6 months. When they are weaned from their mothers, we place them with other steers. They are fed a grain ration and as much hay as they want. This leads to a nice marbled steak and lean ground beef. We also have grass-fed ground beef available from cattle that are exclusively raised on grass and hay.
